Statistics show that females have finally found a way to earn the same amount as their male co-workers, and that is by staying single for as long as possible. However, how much money a woman or a man makes is only a matter of choice. Females are not cheated out of their money, as it has been speculated before. They simply choose to focus on other things, like children and family life, instead of their career. It’s after 30 that most women have their first baby and their priorities in life change.

In my own point of view, it’s a matter of choice! People earn the same until they get together, and then they make choices about work, family and lifestyle. That is what adults are expected to do – make decisions. I suspect that in reality the pay advantage lies with women, cell mass review and I think the whole pay gap debate should stop now. Prioritizing is often behind women having smaller salaries.

Yikes! 22 more days to go its Christmas time! A time to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. The creator of Heaven and Earth. The forgiver of Sins and the most amazing and unexplainable person. What was really the true essence of Christmas aside from giving gifts, exchanging cards, and celebrating the birthday of Jesus? Do Christmas plays a crucial role in our lives? Do Christmas gives us the reason to live, the reason to fight and the reason to believed that God is indeed the most powerful of all Gods?

In my own point of view, the true essence of Christmas is not only about giving gifts and exchanging cards. Its about renewing our vows and faith to HIM. Celebrating it with our beloved family, friends and loved-ones is the most recommended way to remember HIM showing that camaraderie between families to families is there. Care, understanding and love was there.

Christmas really plays a crucial role in our lives to the fact that if God is not born we are all nothing. This world is nothing! Christmas really gives us the reason to live, to fight, and to believed that God is the only one who do have the capacity to change the world for the better.

So, this Christmas season let all celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ with purity in our hearts that we all believed HIM as our everything. But of course, don’t forget to wrap your simple gifts for those people you love specially for your parents and other siblings. As for me, I am planning to buy a diamonds for my Mom. Hopefully, she’ll likes it. Wish me luck everyone! Merry Christmas all!

We knew that there were people out there who are not capable of working to earn a living for themselves. People who are hopeless to enjoy the fruits of amazing life that God bestowed onto them. People who are longing for love and great sacrifice. People who needs full support for financial freedom to carry their selves to a more descent one. They are those people who do have an in-born disabilities or people who accidentally loss the proper functioning of their body systems.

If your one of those people who do have a family member of disabled person then I bet you need to secure this social security disability insurance for them to live a life that they deserved. A life that will let them enjoy despite the fact that they are disabled for a lifetime. A life that will show them that they belong in this race.

Through this insurance you will definitely provide them a life that will let them feel that they are not alone. Besides, this would be the best thing to consider if you want them to enjoy their life despite of their disabilties. Keep in mind that helping other especially our family, loved-ones and friends is indeed a noble thing to do. So, secure an insurance now for them!

Due to a very reason that I won’t be able to come home. I really feel bad if I keep on thinking the reason behind why I decided not to go home for Christmas vacation. Basically, it was about financial thing. I keep on trying my best as of this present time to consolidate all the money I may have before December comes but really bad ’cause it is really not enough.

I been trying some other options just to fulfill my Christmas vacation but when I used to think about growing debt I feel sad. So, I decided not to go home by December. But I took to my parents just a couple of weeks ago as well as my older Sister and Bro that I’ll be going home by the Month of May next year. When they knew about it they feel excited again as they knew that I was really planning for family vacation in one of the beautiful place in Mexico. I know it was really expensive. But there’s no such thing in this world that can beat the happiness and excitement of my family. So, even if I might possible spend a lot more money but I’ll sacrifice it ’cause I want to see them smiling as we all enjoy the vacation.

Hopefully, everything go smoothly as the days pass. Wish us luck everyone!

As I wanted to renovate my native home. A place where I grew up and and had build up my dreams and aspirations. A place where I was molded to be a better person as I am right now. Because of that my Mom, I and some of my siblings are exchanging our ideas ’bout renovating our old home as it was too old already. Besides, if we all used to go back home for a vacation we won’t suit anymore and there’s no place to lay down. As my Sis is bringing her children, my Bro is with her Girlfriend and so do I. And my three(3) other siblings too. Poor house!

I was still on the process of fixing my mind if I will take a home loans or not. ‘Cause right now, I’m still paying several debts and I guess, I can’t still afford to have another set of debt again. But if I=if all thise debts will be finished by July this year maybe I’ll consider it but still have to consider several things like my younger Bro is going back to school again and I was about to support him sometimes. Let see if I can have it!

This time of year is the time when the residents of Abu Dhabi starts to book travel tickets and holidays for their summer vacation; the Exhibition, which is organized by the Abu Dhabi Travel & Tourism Agencies Committee ATTAC, aims to give the 35,000 daily visitors to the Mall an opportunity to choose what’s best for them.

Children as back-seat companions can make for a less than peaceful car journey. It is always seems like a good idea to stuff the car with toys to keep them quite, but it never seems to quite work out. Ten minutes later half of the toys are lost under the seats, others have been dismembered, and the remainder are being thrust under your nose. Try some simpler ploys to keep them entertained without the need to bring along half of their toy box.

* LEARN THE LINGO. Sitting in traffic is a daily experience at the moment, with ongoing road works and developments and its definitely not a lot of fun for kids (or adults, if we’re being honest). Create simple flash cards for the kids with words like car, birds, trees and some other simple subjects that are easily remembered and can be identified through their naked eyes. It’ll squeeze in a little extra learning for them, plus it should keep them distracted while you navigate around.

* GUESS WHO? Get their imagination whirring with a game of “Guess Who?”. Take it turns coming up with a story for a person you spot on the street or in another car. As long as they can remember all the sentences, they’ll come up with a long and amusing story which should have everyone in giggles by the end of the journey.

* SHH! Save your sanity with a sly game of ‘Quite Mouse’ and enjoy a peaceful journey while the kids battle it out to see who can keep quite the longest. Reward the winner with responsible task, like looking after the map or handling over the money at the petrol station. It will show them that good behavior means they can be treated as a grown-up.

This tips might definitely help you guys specially if your kids is with you during your journey. Just keep an eye on them inside the car ’cause they might possibly remove their seat belts or do some near miss things. Do keep in mind too to always lock the door of your car. Oh! You guys might be interested too in this appetite suppressants specially for those people out there who are planning loss weight. Remember, its so hard to drive your car if you got a big tummy! So, try it!

Nowadays its obvious that there were several people out there who use to shift to a new line of industry. I mean people who use to twist their career life from one specific job to a new different one. As far as I observed, those people is not enjoying on the life they used to live from the path they used to follow. Well, its not actually a big deal! But remember, shifting from one career to another is one serious matter. It takes you sometime to learn specific job and its not easy to deal all the circumstances you may possibly encounter. But doing this actions and plans is a matter of choice!

Anyhow, you guys might be wondering why did I came up this type of reflection. Actually, this was about my Brother’s choice. He was asking me to send him to an electrical school instead of sending him tourism school back home. He was about to start his college life after 4 long years whom he did not attend schooling due to some personal issues. We both had a conversation last night and was asking him what are his plans. As an older Brother I want the best for him and because of that what ever he wants I’ll support him all the way as our parents are not able to support him all the time ’cause we got some other siblings that needs to be sent to school too. So, as one of the immediate guardian to him who can afford to send him to school I am asking him now what are his plans.

Right after that conversation last night, I was already searching an electrical schools back home where I can sent him. I actually found one specific school but I’m still communicating with the in-charge personnels of the school regarding to requirements, rates and some other related things. Personally, this is one serious thing for me ’cause sending him to school is quite a big responsibility but whether or not I have to sent him. Though its not my obligation to sent him to school still his my Brother and I want the best for him in the world.

Nevertheless, maybe right after he obtain a degree from electrical school I might let him take an electrician certification too so that he’ll be a certified electrician. I just hope that all the plans I have for him will turns out good. Wish me luck for my Bro.
