Well, some says that blogging is the an art. Art of expressing your mind on what you feel to all the things that you see and feel. But some would also say that Blogging is their life as they obviously get a little penny on it by giving feedbacks to all the advertisers around the web. I guess, there are lots of things to consider on How to define what Blogging is? The most important thing is you enjoy what you do and you love what you share. Its the best spices in the blogging world.

Eventually, I myself is now totally addicted to blog nowadays, to the fact, that I wanted to share the thoughts of my mind, heart and soul. Aside from that fact, I absolutely accept that I’m also gaining a little revenue on my blogs. Well, I guess, its not new to anyone anymore since, almost all the bloggers around the web are monetizing their blogs even those personal blogs.

Furthermore, What’s really good about Blogging? Is it for a long term goal or its just for a leisure time? In my own point of view, Blogging is a matter of choice. Whether it is for a long term nor short term goal the good about it is you love to share your life, thoughts and ideas to others. You want to influence them by your words of encouragement nor it may not really turns out that way but at least you’ve shared a little part of your life that would somehow help them realized the best things in life. Why don’t you try to blog too? I guess, its the best exit you’ll gonna have if you wanted to have a thoughtful life.

Personally, as an office worker who handles both admin and operations job I got a hard time to manage all my hard and soft copies document were I was even sent to a management training a while back this year to enhance my skills on the said field as well as learn from the experience. I admit that sometimes I’m a disorganized guy but definitely most of the time I manage to arrange all the legal documents I had at work ’cause whether or not I have too otherwise I will keep receiving repremands from my Boss.

As time passes by working on both field I’ve learn things which I think is valuable for every workers to follow. I won’t say I’m very good at it and I won’t even say I’m bad too rather I would say I can handle my job to the best of my abilities. Here are few things I did and I follow everyday.

1. SET A GOAL IN A DAY. You have to establish your goal for a day. This will guide you to be more fucos and more effective on the type of job your handling with. Make sure that this goal is achieve otherwise your day is useless and it only shows that your just consuming your time on crap thing.

2. SEGREGATE YOUR WORK. If your filing documents make sure that your box files has it corresponding labels for you to easily identify the documents you need in the future as this will save your time and effort.

3. MAKE A FOLDERS FOR EACH PROJECT / PERSON. If your working on your email make sure that each project or involve person has its corresponding folders so that all their future emails will be kept inside the said folder. Remember not to delete any files instead just archieved so that in the long run if they complain for one scenarious you have the evidence.

4. SEPARATE YOUR SOFT DOCUMENTS IN YOUR COMPUTER. If you have your own laptop or computer, make sure that you have a document management software that will help your organize your soft copies document to insure that all files will be saved accordingly. Through this your sure to provide all the files they need from you.

5. DON’T COMPROMISE. This is one of the work practices I’ve just learned a while back. Instead of compromising thing with your colleagues at work just shut up and listen onto them. Whether you know whose telling the truth prefer to make your mouth shut. You know why? Complaning will only create a negative feedbacks on you. But of course, this depends on the situation your in.

May my practices will also apply on you guys as much as it did to me. Keep working safely and always remember that time is gold!

Yikes! For almost 1 year and a half I been using my old template for good but lately last month I decided to change my template once more as I was immune to it. I mean, I want a new one for my eyes as well to my visitors and walk-in readers. Well, if you are a regular visitor of my blog you can see and noticed the changes I have done. Basically the template itself is great. Thanks to the maker of this one. I’ve done some several tweaks and tricks just to modify some of the codes though I understand the but I really got a hard time to fixed it ’cause I never practiced editing my blog for a 18 months. In fact, I’m not yet done ’cause I wanted to add a featured gallery on top of the articles. But it seems that I got some headache on how to do it. Maybe on the coming days I can fixed it already. I just really have to study it ’cause I really don’t know how to do it.

Anyway, the template itself is such a great choice for me! Why? Its easy navigate. It’s somewhat like a magazine which is cool! The color combination is absolutely awesome! I love it! Aside from that, my blog name is very clear and I also installed some google ads which I think is definitely fantastic. So, how do you find my new templates guys? Isn’t it great? Well, whatever your opinions and constructive criticism I accept it. But least on it I love my new template! wohhh…Have a great weekend!…c”,)

The premise of Ethical Hacking and countermeasures course is simple. You need to understand the threats, you need to know how hackers identify and exploit your vulnerabilities and then you need to know what you can do to eliminate your vulnerabilities. “If you want to have a good network security, you have to understand Hacker technologies and think like one.” Security breaches can and do come from anywhere. Competitors, spies, rogue employees, bored teens and even hackers are invading computers everywhere to make trouble, steal information and even sabotage careers.

And with the growth of the Internet and World Wide Web, such actions become even easier. Server crashes, email loss, data loss, virus invasions, and other problems often go unexplained and network downtime eats up precious resources of time and money.

So, if you want to protect your vulnerable infomrations about yourself and things that are important for you might need to secure several softwares or services that will protect all of those. Okay! That’s it for now ’cause I still have to check this HGH that I’ve found earlier this day! Be wiser or else you’ll be sorry!
