Charity Event to Open Saadiyat Beach Golf Course

Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), the Abu Dhabi-based developer of Saadiyat Island and its stunning new golf course,will stage the Saadiyat Beach Classic on 27th and 28th January.
The Event is a top-tier international charity golf tournament hosted by golfing legend Gary Player and is expected to attract major golfing and non-golfing celebrities from around the world to the Saadiyat Beach Golf Course and the UAE’s capital. This also aims to encourage those people who wants to a have an allergy relief while playing the said game.
The Par 72 course, Gary Player’s first signature golf course in the region, has been designed in a classic figure of eight configuration with more than a third of the course featuring stunning views of the Saadiyat coastline.
Gary Player is excited about the tournament and said, ” I am delighted to be hosting this inaugural charity event that we have conceptualized with TDIC, on a golf course that I am particularly proud of an in a country that is really making the world sit up and take notice.
