It takes a lifetime to fulfill your goal in achieving a healthy life. For people who are obese and struggling to loss their weights believed that having a healthy life is a constant challenge. For people who are malnourished, believed that obtaining a healthy style is indeed a struggle one. I guess, nobody wants to live life in messy one. We all need to have a healthy life to live life longer as we could.

For that, adopting a vegetarian lifestyle may be a great help for all of us and yet so hard, but if you commit to it 100 percent rather than using fat burner for losing weight and growing pills for getting bigger I guess, you’re definitely in for long term rewards if you will adopt this process:

Longer life – Base on the study, vegetarian live about 7 years longer while true vegans live 15 years longer than meat eaters. Another concurring research found out that people who ate the least fat and animal products have the lowest risks of cancer, heart attack and other chronic degenerative diseases.

Stronger heart – The average male consuming a meat-based diet has a 50% chance of dying from heart diseases. What’s more, his risk drops to 15% if he removes meat and down to 4% if he goes vegan. The study attributes the significant percentage difference to the fact that fruits and vegetables have no saturated fat or cholesterol, and are rich in antioxidants that protect the heart. It is also worth noting that cholesterol levels of vegetarians have been found to be 14% lower than those of meat eaters.

Lower risk of cancer – According to the National Cancer Institute, women who eat meat everyday are about 4 times more likely to get breast cancer than non-meat eaters. Those who avoid meat and eat veggies instead reduce their risk of breast cancer by 20-30%.
