Change is a constant challenge.

Another year has gone by and we are all getting older and, hopefully wiser. Let us pause for a moment and think about one thing that is constant in this world and that is change. 2008 saw many changes, some good and some bad. Some were expected and others caught us completely by surprise.
What distinguishes excellent organizations from mediocre one is they adopt to change.
One of our strengths over the years has been how quickly we respond to change. As we spread our wings and the distance between us grows we will need to maintain that strength in order to survive and flourish in the current economic climate. A key element of this will be communication. We are no longer just around the corner from our colleagues so communicating important information in real time becomes a challenge. Fortunately we have modern technology at our disposal. Phone calls, sms and email will become more important as we move to this present time and beyond.
Another challenge we will face this year related to change is cost. We both all knew that we noticed the dramatic escalation of human needs over the past few years. At the same time the cost are increasing were some clients are asking several services companies to lower down their prices. In order to cope with these changes we will need to implement changes in our spending habits. A few sacrifices now will put us in a stronger position later.
Nevertheless, to adopt change is a matter of choice! If you want a new one then you need to adopt change start from your selves. Remember, we our very self can justify what’s good and what’s bad.
