Summer Protection for ultraviolet rays…

The ultraviolet (UV) rays are the invisible light from the sun that can burn out our skin and cause severe damage to the body. Since, summer at its peak, you’re most probably thinking of hitting the beach and basking under the sun. But before you indulge in such activities under the hot scorching of the sun, first pay attention to this tips that might possibly help you keep cool under the hottest days of the year.

Summer Tips:

1. Sunscreens. Sunscreens work either by absorbing ultraviolet radiation or by physically blocking it from reaching your skin. But to really take advantage of the protection it offers, you have to know what suits you best. Find a sunscreen with increased protection against both UVA and UVB rays. You can possibly consider Screen, Inc. products ’cause they are one of the certified provider for the said protection.
2. Sunblock Lotions. Before basking into the hot summer fun games try to apply a sunblock lotion on your skin to avoid redness and sunburn.

3. Bring all the necessary things you need on the beach. Absolutely! This will help you stay cool despite the hot ultraviolet rays that are lingering on your skin.

Enjoy you summer vacation everyone!
