After securing and receiving your Union Bank EON Visa Electron you have to verify it for your CyberAccount in order for you to transact online banking. Here are the simple steps which is provided by Union Bank CyberAccount for EON Visa Electron.

2. Click the EON CyberAccount Button on the upper right corner of the page. A new popup menu will open.

How to Start
ENROLLING IN ONLINE BANKING
Requirements:
- A UnionBank ATM or Debit card
- An ATM PIN
- Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher
Enrollment:
Before you can use online banking, the first thing you’ll have to do is enroll your accounts via the UnionBank online enrollment form.
To access the enrollment form, click here then follow the four easy steps to enrollment:
Step 1: Validate your ATM card number and PIN
Step 2: Nominate a user ID
Step 3: Confirm your User ID
Step 4: Complete the enrollment form
You’re done. You will reach a confirmation screen signifying that your application has been received and can log-in 48 hours later.
Logging-in
To log in follow these steps.
- Go to the log-in page.
- Enter your User ID and ATM PIN.
- Start banking online.

I used to have a Visa Electron from Unionbank but after mutiple hassles that I’ve encountered from Unionbank ATM I opt to cancel my card. Most unionbank ATM are somewhat old and the cash that was stored are mostly old Peso Bills so there are always a tendecy for this machines not to dispense the exact amount that you withdrawn. Better do the over the counter deposit or withdrawal but the hassle is you need to visit the bank during your working hour (skip you lunch). There are lots of Local Bank who offer better debit card (Visa Electron or Mastercard Electronic) with new and updated infrastructure. The only good thing with UBP Visa Electron is you get a free email @unionbankph.com
Hi. I applied for a UnionBank recently. When I try to login using the steps you provided, I receive an error saying I have to enter a correct card number. I am sure I entered the correct card number and PIN. What could be the problem?

You seem to have the same problem as what my friend do. The only advice I give is to contact either the PayPal Administrator or the Union Bank Card Provider. ‘Cause technical errors is beyond my control.
So, if I were you, try to secure help from either PayPal or Union Bank.

Hello po! ngayon lang ako nakabasa dito and i’ve been receiving that kind of error message too. ilang months ko na po ginawang mag trial and error sa website pero nagtaka talaga ako kung bakit hindi ako tumama sa login ko. i tried to email their customer service pero hindi sila nagreply sa akin, and unavailable na yung service nila ngayon. and pumunta na rin ako sa unionbank branch ko, pero they said they can’t reset pins, but i can just try logging in sa atm 3x a day. if hindi tumama, try again after 24 hours para hindi daw ma-block. ewan ko ba if tama tong ginagawa ko, nakakainis. eh may ganyang problem naman pala yung website nila. Na-mixed up na tuloy yung utak ko at tuluyan ko nang nakalimutan yung pin na ginamit ko pati ang user id.
