Posted by wilson on November 25th, 2007Stress is a physical or psychological stimulus that can produce mental or physiological reactions that may lead to illness.Technically speaking, stress is a disruption of homeostasis, which may be triggered by alarming experiences, either real or imaginary. Its one of the most common illness that we usually feel if we are over work in our individual task. Eventually, there are just simple steps you need to follow if you wanted release the stress you feel. ( This is just my opinion as to what I habitually practice. You can adopt it if you want besides theres nothing you will loss if you will follow my steps ) Here…
Guidelines:
- Don’t abuse your self. If the call came that your body needs to take a rest be responsive on it.
- Sleep early as possible! This is really recommended to have a healthy life.
- Eat nutritious foods specially fruits during breakfast and if possible don’t avoid not eating on breakfast.
- Exercise daily. ( Do those normal flexes ’cause it will really help for normal blood circulation )
- Take a vacation place if this is really good for you. ( if needed but highly recommended )
Thats it!. Just bare in mind that theres no such any wealth we have its only our health. If we don’t have this then I bet we won’t last longer in the battle of life. Have a great life everyone!…c”,)
